Height units: centimeteres or feet cm / feet height
Weght units: kilograms or pounds kg / lb weight
To change UNITS settings:
1. In the settings menu, enter UNITS .
2. Scroll through the units settings with [Lap +] and [Light -] and change the units
with [Mode].
3. Enter height and weight unit settings with [Mode] and change the units with
[Lap +] and [Light -].
4. Accept the height and weight units with [Mode].
5. Press [Start Stop] to exit.
