If using an audio cable, purchase one without resistance. If you use an audio cable
with resistance, sound volume will decrease.

Before recording, select "auxiliary" for the equipment connected to the VIDEO 1
output jack.

Recording disc contents to the connected
equipment
You can record images and sounds to a DVD recorder or VCR. Connect it to the
VIDEO 1 output jack with a video cable or S-video cable and audio cable (not sup-
plied).

Plug in each cable fully to prevent noise interference.
Flow of audio and video signals:
Signals from the VIDEO 1 input jack are not sent to the VIDEO 1 output jack.
Turn off all equipment before making this connection.
