Make “EDIT” flash using the Jog lever, then
press (SELECT).
The cursor flashes at the last character of the
name.

Lower the Jog lever to erase the characters and
enter the new name.
If you want to change only the number, skip this
step.

Press (SELECT).
The cursor flashes at the last digit of the phone
number.

Lower the Jog lever to erase the number and
enter the new number.
If you do not want to change the number, skip
this step.

Press (SELECT).
You will hear a long confirmation beep and the
name and/or the number is changed.
Erasing a memory location

Display the name and phone number you want
to erase by doing steps 1 and 2 on page 30.

Press (SELECT).

Make “ERASE” flash using the Jog lever, then
press (SELECT).

Make “YES” flash using the Jog lever, then press
(SELECT).
You hear a long confirmation beep and the
memory location is erased.
