To turn Speakerphone mode off, end the call or press

Enter/Exit Silent Mode

Silences the ringers, the alerts, and the tones your keypad makes
when you press a key.

To enter Silent Mode:

In standby mode, press and hold the Volume key

(

) Down until “Sound off activated” appears in the

display.

To exit Silent Mode:

While in Silent mode and standby mode, press and hold

the Volume key (

) Up until “Normal mode

activated” appears in the display and the original ringer

value appears.

Vibrate Mode

In standby mode, repeatedly press the Volume key

(

) down until “Vibrate only” appears in the

display.

Note: The Volume key is on the left side of phone.

Adjust the Ringer

To adjust the Ringer volume, while in standby mode, press the
Volume key up or down.

In standby mode, press the Volume key up or down to set

the call ringer volume as desired.

When you are satisfied with the setting, release the Volume

key. Your phone returns to standby mode.

Note: The Vibrate icon (

) appears in the display when the phone is in

Vibrate mode. The No Ring icon (

) appears in the display when the

phone is in Silence All mode.

Music Player Mode

The Music Player in your phone can play music files (MP3, CMX,
Midi, AAC, AAC+, and eAAC+), but only if they are stored in the
My Music folder on an optional microSD™ Memory Card.
