Listening to sound from a USB-connected PC (continued)
Useful function with Windows Media Player or
iTunes player
You can use the following buttons on the unit or remote control to op-
erate the Windows Media Player or iTunes player.
Preparation:
It is necessary to set an application type in order to make above but-
tons effective.
Press ENTER button on the remote control repeatly until the desired
application appears.
Notes:
To record on a tape
1 Insert a cassette in the cassette compartment.
2 Press the VIDEO/AUX/USB button repeatly to select “USB”
3 Press the
button.
4 Press the / (TAPE ) or (TAPE ) button.
Recording will start syncronously if you press the / button
whilst opening Windows Media Player or iTunes player.
5 Play back on the PC.
To stop a recording
1 Press the (TAPE ) button.
Recording will stop syncronously if you press the button whilst
opening Windows Media Player or iTunes player.

Make sure Windows Media Player or iTunes player in active
mode.
Do not press buttons on the left table when opening other
application. It may cause unexpected operation on the PC.
It is recommended not to open other application on the PC whilst
using above function.
Make sure to select a same application type with the PC.
Recording will not stop even PC had stopped playing the audio
data. Make sure to press the button when finish a recording.
