The communication status is shown by the Client Manager icon in the
system tray (notification area in Windows XP).

Meaning of icon appearance
(Green) = Excellent
(Green) = Good
(Yellow) = Fair
(Yellow) = Weak signal
(Red) = Out of range
(No color) = Operating in Peer-to-Peer Mode
(Signal strength is not indicated in Peer-to-Peer Mode.)
