Turning the Knob will cycle through all of the stored presets by preset bank and number
(for example, A-1, A-2...B-1, B-2...C-1,C-2...). Continuing to turn the Knob after the last
stored preset is displayed will return back to the first stored preset.

button.
Jump Button
Your SIRIUS Sportster SP5 features a special button
called Jump. This button can be programmed to jump
to a channel which is accessed frequently and tempo-
rarily such as weather, news, or sports. The J
uMp
but-
ton lets you quickly tune to a specific channel and then
tune back to the original channel by pressing the button
again (see Figure 38).

If the J
uMp
button is set to JumpSet, press-
ing the J
uMp
button will immediately tune to the
programmed channel. Pressing the J
uMp
button again
will return to the channel to which you had been listen-
ing immediately prior to pressing the J
uMp
button.

uMP
button setting remains the same re-
gardless of which preset bank is currently selected
