Load the document (s).
•
If you are using Normal Dialing,
press the SPEAKER key or pick
up an extension phone connected to
the same line.
•
SEND READY will appear in the
display.

Enter the code to access an outside
line (max. of 3 digits).

Flip down the Rapid Key overlay and
press the Z key, enter the billing code
(max. of 9 digits), and then press the
Z key again.
•
Note: The code will appear as
asterisks in the display and will not
appear in the Activity List or
Transaction Report.

Adjust the resolution and/or contrast
if desired.

Dial the other party by the desired
method and transmit the document.
