11. Messaging
New Messages
To read a message:
ᮣ When you receive new messages, the message notification and
the
icon will appear. Press (left softkey) to display the
message details.
To reply to a message:
1. While the message is open, select (left softkey).
2. Compose your reply or press (right softkey) to select a
character input mode. (See “Selecting a Character Input
Mode” on page 25.)
3. Review your reply and press (left softkey).
Displaying Messages
To display a Message from the main menu:
1. Press to access the main menu.
2. Highlight Messaging and press .
Shortcut: Press the navigation key up to display the Messaging menu.
3. Highlight Text Msgs and press .
4. Highlight Inbox, Sent, Outbox, Drafts, or your defined folder and
press .
5. Highlight the header of the message you want to see and
press . (To display the message options, press
[right softkey].)
