Thermostat closed, damper open.

A1 IS CORRECT, CHECK SERVICE SWITCH
POSITION
IF THEN
Switch is incorrect position
Replace damper board/motor assembly.
Switch is not in correct position

Cycle thermostat to verify that damper
operation is correct.
