If paper is loaded in the receipt printer, press down on the green paper
release lever and remove it.
❏
Remove the screw that secures the platen cover, and then remove the platen
cover.
❏
Gently lower the receipt printer mechanism back to its original position.
❏
Pull up the auto-cutter unit.
