Reaching Sprint Customer Service
You can reach Sprint Customer Service in many
different ways:

ⅷ Sign on to your account at www.sprint.com .
ⅷ Call us toll-free at 1-800-SPRINT1 (1-800-777-4681)
(Consumer customers) or 1-800-927-2199 (Business
customers).
ⅷ Write to us at Sprint Customer Service, P.O. Box
8077, London, KY 40742.
Receiving Automated Billing Information
Your device lets you access billing information on your
Sprint account. This information includes balance due,
payment received, invoicing cycle, and an estimate of
the number of minutes used since your last invoicing
cycle.
To access automated billing information:
ᮣ Press on your device.
Sprint 411
Sprint 411 gives you access to a variety of services
and information through your device, including
residential, business, and government listings; movie
listings or showtimes; driving directions, restaurant
reservations, and major local event information. You
can get up to three pieces of information per call, and
the operator can automatically connect your call at no
additional charge.
There is a per-call charge to use Sprint 411, and you
will be billed for airtime.
To call Sprint 411:
ᮣ Press on your device.
Sprint Operator Services
Sprint Operator Services provides assistance when
placing collect calls or when placing calls billed to a
local telephone calling card or third party.
