11 The machine does not spin

The unbalanced load sensor has triggered because the washing is not

unif ormly distributed inside the drum. If the washing is wet at the end of

the cycle, distribute it well inside the basket and repeat just the spin cycle.

12 Draining water from the

drum

In the event of a power f ailure or a fault in the appliance, the water inside
the drum can be drained as described in paragraph 6.3

13 The washing has not been

correctly spun

Large items have rolled up and are not unif ormly distributed inside the
drum. Always wash large items together with small ones.

14 Residues of detergent on

the washing

Many phosphate-f ree detergents contain substances that are difficult to

dissolv e in water.

Select the Rinse programme or brush the washing.

15 The washing does not dry

Check that:

-

the water tap is open

-

the washing does not weight too much

-

the dry ing time is suitable.

-

suff icient dry ing time has been selected

If the machine does not dry all the same, call the Serv ice Centre to re-

mov e fabric f rays f rom the fan and dry ing ducts.

16 Washing results are unsat-

isfactory

-

Too little detergent or an unsuitable detergent may hav e been
used.

-

Stubborn stains were not pre-treated

-

The wrong temperature was selected

-

The drum was overloaded


ERROR SIGNALS

In the ev ent of faults, the machine will display an error code.

Error code

Problem

Door not closed properly. Close it.

Aquastop. Contact the nearest Serv ice Centre after disconnecting the machine from

the electrical power supply and closing the water tap.

No water for washing. See point 2 on the troubleshooting table.

The water does not drain. See point 4 on the troubleshooting table.

For all other error codes, contact the nearest Assistance Centre after disconnecting the power supply and closing
the water tap.
