3. Remove the paper roll from the take-up spool.
Removing a paper jam
1. Open the printer cover.
2. Pressing the receipt and journal paper release levers at the same time, lift part A up. (See the drawing
below.)
3. Remove the paper jam.
4. Replace part A gently.
5. Reset the paper roll correctly following the steps shown in “Installing the paper roll”.
6. Close the printer cover.
