Setting item Description
Calibrate Touch
Screen Lets you calibrate the touch screen by
following the on-screen instructions.
Keyboard Sets the country whose standard
keyboard arrangement is employed for the
on-screen keyboard.
Available keyboards: “United States,”
“United Kingdom,” “French,” “German,”
“Dutch”
Hints

When you turn on the Reader for the first
time or after restoring the default settings (
page 163 ), the “Keyboard” setting screen
appears only if you select “English” for
“Menu Language.” (If you select a language
other than “English,” the “Keyboard” setting is
determined according to the language you
set.) The setting of “Keyboard” automatically
sets “Date and Time Format” and
“Dictionary” settings.

Once the initial setting is completed, setting
“Keyboard” will not set the “Date and Time
Format” and “Dictionary” settings
automatically.
