Getting Started
Inserting a Memory Card
You can use the following memory cards with the Reader.
Note

The Reader has separate slots for Memory Stick Duo™ media and
the SD Memory Card. Be sure to insert the memory card in the
correct slot. Otherwise, you may damage the slot or the memory
card.

* 1 The Reader does not comply with MagicGate standard, and the data
requiring the copyright protection function cannot be copied or played
on the Reader.

Notes

Do not remove a memory card from the memory card slot while the
data on the memory card is being edited. Otherwise, edited data
will not be saved.

Sony’s Memory Stick Duo™ media of up to 16 GB has been tested
to work with the Reader. For other brand’s Memory Stick Duo™
media, please check compatibility before use.

SD Memory Card of up to 16 GB has been tested to work with the
Reader; however, not all SD Memory Cards are guaranteed to
work.
