Introducing the all-new 2008 Kawasaki Teryx

750 4x4, the high-powered, sport-oriented Recreation Utility Vehicle (RUV) that’s

got all the competition quaking. The extremely potent 749cc V-Twin engine is first-in-class and is adapted from our award-

winning Brute Force

®

ATV to provide the torque you need for heavy hauling and the high-rpm punch you want for off-highway

excitement. Add long-travel 4-wheel independent suspension with gas-charged shocks, a robust high-tensile steel chassis with

a wide track for added stability and sport-oriented 26-inch Maxxis tires for maximum cornering capability, and you’ve got a

seriously capable RUV. Then add a selectable 2WD/4WD system, a generous 500-pound cargo capacity and comfortable bucket

seating, and you’ve got it—the world’s most advanced Recreation Utility Vehicle.

1

The Teryx’s chassis and overall width

delivers an optimum compromise

between narrow, nimble handling and a

wider stance for stability and traction.

Plus the driver’s compartment and

bucket seating for two are extremely

spacious and comfortable.

The Teryx features the first V-Twin engine

in the class. With 749cc and 4 valves per

cylinder, the proven engine delivers the

ultimate RUV experience. The huge power is

fed through the Kawasaki Automatic Power

Drive System with Hi/Low range and reverse.

2

The lever to the left of the transmission

shifter on the center console operates

the Variable Front Differential Control—

a convenient, Kawasaki-exclusive

feature that allows the driver to deliver

100% 4-wheel drive on the fly for those

sticky situations.

Changing between 4x2 or 4x4 is as easy

as thumbing the switch on the dashboard.

Choose 4x2 for light duty along the trail or

when you want lighter steering. Hit the 4x4

button when the going gets rough and tough

and climb out of trouble.

3

The independent double-wishbone front

suspension with gas-charged shocks

plus rack-and-pinion steering provide

comfort and control over rough terrain.

Wheel travel is a healthy 7.5 inches.

The Kawasaki Teryx 750 RUVs all feature Roll-

Over Protective Structures (ROPS). The cab

frame meets ROPS requirements under SAE

specifi cations for added safety.

The steel rear cargo bed hauls loads up to

500 pounds and the standard 2-inch receiver

hitch allows for towing up to 1,300 pounds.
