Baking mould and kneading hooks
The surfaces of the baking mould

ᕤ and

kneading hooks

ᕥ have been given an

do not use corrosive detergents, abrasive
powders or objects that may cause scrat-

Due to moisture and vapours the surfaces
of various parts may undergo changes in

This has no influence on the function
nor does it reduce the quality of the
baking results.

Before cleaning, remove the baking
mould

ᕤ and the kneading hooks ᕥ

from the baking area. Wipe the exterior

the kneading hook remover

hook

Lightly cut the bread at this position
