Reviewing a Voice memo
To rev i ew a Voice memo:
1 . P ress to display the Voice memo menu .
2 . P ress for Rev i ew.The phone displays the label fo r
voice memo 1, b e gins to play voice memo 1 and dis-
p l ays a list of four rev i ewing options.All voice memos
will play in order until you press
, or select
one of the fo l l owing options:
P ress to Replay the voice memo.
P ress to Erase the voice memo.
P ress to listen to the next voice memo.
P ress to listen to the previous voice memo.
3 . After rev i ewing the voice memos, p ress to re t u rn
to Standby mode.
Voice memo
Your Samsung PCS Phone can re c o rd four separate vo i c e
m e m o s .E a ch voice memo can be up to one minute in
l e n g t h .When re c o rd i n g , a 60-second timer displays and an
a l e rt sounds to indicate when re c o rding time ex p i re s .
N o t e :Voice memo does not wo rk when your phone is in
analog mode.
Recording a Voice memo
To re c o rd a Voice memo in Standby mode:
1 . P ress and hold the key on the side of the phone.
The message “ R e c o rd i n g ”d i s p l ay s , along with the timer.
You must continue to hold down the
key to re c o rd
( re c o rding is stopped when the key is re l e a s e d ) .
2 . R e c o rd the voice memo by speaking into the micro-
p h o n e .
3 . To stop re c o rd i n g , release the key.A menu for the
c u rrent voice memo becomes
ava i l abl e .
4 . To save the voice memo with the default date / time
s t a m p ,p ress or do nothing.Your phone will auto-
m a t i c a l ly save the voice memo stamped with the date
and time after about one minu t e . Other options on the
c u rrent voice memo incl u d e :
for Add Lab e l .The default label for a vo i c e
memo is the date / time stamp.You can create yo u r
own label using the alphanu m e ric key s . Just start enter-
ing your label and press
when you are re a dy to
s ave it.
for Continu e .P ress and hold to continu e
re c o rd i n g .You can add to the voice memo, but yo u
must do it befo re you save the voice memo.
for Era s e .P ress to erase the voice memo.
