Utilizando el afinador
1. Inserte el conector jack 1/4” en el conector de salida jack de su guitarra o bajo y
ajuste la posición de su instrumento para ver con facilidad la pantalla del afinador.

Cuando conecte o desconecte el afinador
GB-1 sujete siempre la parte justo encima
del conector tal y como muestra el
diagrama. Si sostiene el cuerpo del GB-1
y lo inserta en el enchufe de entrada, la
sección de la bisagra y el conector pueden
quedar dañados.
Por favor desconéctelo de la guitarra o bajo cuando termine de afinar.
Afinando
1. Encienda el afinador [POWER ON].
2. Coloque el conmutador [GUITAR/BASS] en función del instrumento que desee
afinar.
3. Toque una sola nota en su instrumento de modo que el indicador LED del nombre
de la cuerda sea el más cercano a la nota que usted ha tocado. Si la nota está grave o
por debajo de su afinación correcta, el LED se verá a la izquierda del LED central. Si
por lo contrario la nota está demasiado aguda o por encima de su afinación correcta,
el LED se verá a la derecha del LED central. Si la cuerda está correctamente afinada,
el indicar LED central permanecerá iluminado.
Si el GB-1 permanece encendido sin uso por más de 10 minutos, se apagará
automáticamente para preservar la duración de la pila. Para reinicializar el
afinador, ponga el conmutador de [POWER] en STANDBY y después en ON.
Modo de afinación abierta (flat tuning)
El modo de afinación abierta (flat tuning) le permite rebajar (drop-tune) la afinación
hasta 7 semitonos por debajo de la afinación estándar LA440 (A440). Después de haberlo
ajustado, la nota que toque estará por debajo de los semitonos que haya seleccionado.
1. Cuando presione el conmutador [FLAT/LIGHT], el indicador LED del nombre de
la cuerda mostrará el ajuste seleccionado durante aproximadamente un segundo. El
número de LEDs encendidas corresponde al número de semitonos (bemoles) que
puede afinar por debajo de la afinación estándar.
Cuando presione el conmutador [FLAT/LIGHT] mientras la pantalla muestra el
ajuste seleccionado, este cambiará. Mientras que en el modo de afinación abierta,
parpadea el LED de [flat tuning] afinación abierta.
2. Si no presiona el conmutador [FLAT/LIGHT] durante un segundo, o si el conmutador
[POWER] está en la posición [standby] el afinador se ajustará por defecto al modo
de afinación estándar.
3. Una vez seleccionado el número de bemoles, afine su instrumento
correspondondientemente.
Usando el LED “flashlight”
Presione el conmutador [FLAT/LIGHT] mientras que el conmutador [POWER] esté en
la posición STANDBY y el LED “flashlight” parpadeará entretanto mantenga pulsado
el conmutador.
Si en conmutador [POWER] está en la posición de ON, el afinador podría apagarse
automáticamente si no está siendo usado. Si esto ocurre, el indicador LED “flash-
light” no funcionará aunque presione el conmutador [FLAT/LIGHT]. Para usar el
indicador LED “flashlight” tiene que poner el conmutador [POWER] en la posición
de STANDBY y seguidamente presionar el conmutador [FLAT/LIGHT].

Halten Sie immer den Teil gerade über

Stimmvorgang
1. Stellen Sie den [POWER]-Schalter auf ON.
2. Stellen Sie den [GUITAR/BASS]-Wahlschalter entsprechend dem angeschlossenen
Instrument ein.
3. Spielen Sie eine einzelne Note auf Ihrem Instrument, so dass die Saitenname-Anzeige-
LED aufleuchtet, die der gespielten Note am nächsten liegt.
Wenn die Note flat (erniedrigt) ist, leuchten die LEDs links von der mittleren LED-
Messanzeige auf, und wenn die Note sharp (erhöht) ist, leuchten die LEDs rechts
von der mittleren LED-Messanzeige auf. Wenn die LED in der mittleren LED-
Messanzeigenposition bleibt, ist die Note richtig gestimmt.
Wenn das GB-1 10 Minuten lang eingeschaltet bleibt, ohne dass Ton angelegt
wird, schaltet es automatisch aus, um Batteriestrom zu sparen. Zum Rücksetzen
des Stimmgeräts schalten Sie den [POWER]-Schalter auf STANDBY und dann
auf ON.
Flat Tuning
Flat Tuning (Flat-Stimmen) erlaubt es Ihnen, Ihr Instrument auf sieben Halbtöne
(Halbschritte) unter der normalen Tonlage A440 „herunterzustimmen“. Nach dieser
Einstellung ist die gespielte Note um die Anzahl der gewählten Flats niedriger.
1. Wenn Sie den [FLAT/LIGHT]-Schalter drücken, zeigt die Saitenname-Anzeige-LED
die aktuelle Flat-Einstellung für etwa eine Sekunde an. Die Anzahl der leuchtenden
LEDs stellt die Anzahl der Flats dar, um die Sie unter die normale Tonlage abstimmen
können.
Wenn Sie den [FLAT/LIGHT]-Schalter drücken während die aktuelle Flat-Einstellung
angezeigt wird, ändert sich die Einstellung. Wenn der Flat-Stimmmodus eingestellt
ist, blinkt die Flat-Modus-LED.
2. Wenn Sie den [FLAT/LIGHT]-Schalter nicht etwa eine Sekunde lang drücken oder
wenn [POWER]-Schalter auf STANDBY gestellt ist, schaltet das Stimmgerät auf
normalen Stimm-Modus zurück.
3. Wenn die gewünschte Anzahl von Flats gewählt ist, stimmen Sie das Instrument
entsprechend.
Verwenden der Lampe
Drücken Sie den [FLAT/LIGHT]-Schalter, während der [POWER]-Schalter auf
STANDBY gestellt ist, und die LED-Lampe leuchtet während der Sc gedrückt gehalten
wird.
Wenn der [POWER]-Schalter auf ON steht, kann das Stimmgerät ausschalten, wenn
es nicht verwendet wird. In diesem Fall arbeitet die Lampe nicht, auch wenn Sie
den [FLAT/LIGHT]-Schalter drücken. Zum Bedienen der Lampe in diesem Fall
stellen Sie den [POWER]-Schalter auf STANDBY und drücken dann den [FLAT/
LIGHT]-Schalter.

Accordage
1. Réglez le commutateur [POWER] sur ON.
2. Réglez le sélecteur [GUITAR/BASS] en fonction de l’instrument raccordé.
3. Jouez une note unique sur votre instrument de telle manière que la diode de
l’indicateur du nom de la corde la plus proche de la note jouée s’allume.
Si la note est trop grave, la diode à gauche du centre de l’indicateur à diodes
s’allumera et si elle est trop aiguë, celle à droite du centre s’allumera. Quand la
diode au centre de l'indicateur reste allumée, la note est accordée.
Si vous laissez le GB-1 allumé pendant 10 minutes sans l’utiliser, il s’éteindra
automatiquement pour conserver l’énergie de la pile. Pour réinitialiser
l’accordeur, réglez le commutateur [POWER] sur STANDBY, puis sur ON.
Accord en bémol (FLAT)
L’accord en bémol vous permet de baisser l’accord jusqu’à sept bémols (demi-tons) au-
dessous de l’accord standard A440. Une fois ce réglage effectué, la note jouée sera abaissée
du nombre de bémols choisi.
1. Lorsque vous appuyez sur le commutateur [FLAT/LIGHT], l’indicateur du nom de
la corde affiche le réglage de bémol actuel pendant environ une seconde. Le nombre
de diodes allumées reflète le nombre de bémols sur lesquels vous pouvez effectuer
l’accordage au-dessous de l’accord standard.
Si vous appuyez sur le commutateur [FLAT/LIGHT] alors que le réglage actuel de
l’accord en bémol est affiché, le réglage changera. En mode d'accord en bémol, le
voyant de mode FLAT clignotera.
2. Si vous n’appuyez pas sur le commutateur [FLAT/LIGHT] pendant environ une
seconde, ou si le commutateur [POWER] est réglé sur STANDBY, l’accordeur
reviendra en mode d’accordage normal.
3. Une fois le nombre de bémols sélectionné, accordez votre instrument en conséquence.
Utilisation de la lampe
Appuyez sur le commutateur [FLAT/LIGHT] pendant que le commutateur [POWER]
est réglé sur STANDBY et la lampe à diode restera allumée tant que vous maintiendrez
la pression sur le commutateur.
Si le commutateur [POWER] est réglé sur ON, l'accordeur s’éteindra
automatiquement s’il n’est pas utilisé pendant un certain temps.Dans ce cas, la lampe
ne fonctionnera pas, même si vous appuyez pas sur le commutateur [FLAT/LIGHT].
Pour allumer la lampe, réglez alors le commutateur [POWER] sur STANDBY, puis
appuyez sur le commutateur [FLAT/LIGHT].

Always hold the part just above the input
plug as shown in the diagram when you
install or remove the GB-1 from your in-
strument. If you hold the GB-1’s body and
insert it into the input plug, the hinge sec-
tion may become damaged.
Please remove it from guitar/bass when the tuning ends.
Tuning
1. Set the [POWER] switch to ON.
2. Set the [GUITAR/BASS] selector switch according to the connected instrument.
3. Play a single note on your instrument so that the string name indicator LED that is
closest to the note you played lights.
If the note is flat, the LED’s to the left of the center LED meter indicator will light
and if the note is sharp, the LED’s to the right of the center LED meter indicator will
light. When the LED stays in the center LED meter indicator position, the note is in
tune.
If the GB-1 is on for 10 minutes without use, it will automatically shut off to
preserve battery life. To reset the tuner, set the [POWER] switch to STANDBY
and then to ON.
Flat Tuning
Flat tuning allows you to “drop-tune” your instrument down to seven semitones (half-
steps) below the standard A440 pitch. After this is set, the note you play will be lower
by the number of flats you have chosen.
1. When you press the [FLAT/LIGHT] switch, the string name indicator LED displays
the current flat setting for about one second. The number of LEDs that are lit reflects
the number of flats you can tune below standard pitch.
When you press the [FLAT/LIGHT] switch while the current flat setting is displayed,
the setting will change. While in the flat tuning mode, the flat mode LED blinks.
2. If you do not press the [FLAT/LIGHT] switch for about one second, or if the [POWER]
switch is set to STANDBY the tuner defaults to standard tuning mode.
3. Once the desired number of flats is selected, tune your instrument accordingly.
Using the Flashlight
Press the [FLAT/LIGHT] switch while the [POWER] switch is set to STANDBY and the
flashlight LED will stay on while the switch is held.
If the [POWER] switch is ON, the tuner may automatically shut off when not in use.
If this occurs, the flashlight will not operate even if you press the [FLAT/LIGHT]
switch. To operate the flashlight if this happens, set the [POWER] switch to STANDBY
and then press the [FLAT/LIGHT] switch.
