Sending and Receiving Multimedia Messages

Auto Receive mode

When a multimedia message is received, it is
automatically downloaded onto your phone.
The alert “New Message(s)” appears along with
the text “Message Received. View now?”

To View

the multimedia message, press

Note:

In idle state, the phone downloads the

message approximately one minute after the last
key is pressed.

Reminder mode

When a multimedia message is received, your
screen displays the alert “New Message(s)” along
with the question “Retrieve Now?”

to never download the

multimedia message.

Note:

If a multimedia message is received during

a call, then the phone screen displays the alert
“New Message(s)” after the call ends.

To activate a message alert:

Viewing multimedia messages

When you receive a multimedia message, a
notification appears on your phone’s screen and
remains until all messages are viewed.

the entire multimedia message.

to highlight additional options for the
multimedia message (options vary according
to selection):

Check with your service provider.

Reply

reply to the sender.

Reply All

reply to all recipients of

the message.

Forward

launches the message creation

screen, allowing you to forward the
multimedia message. The original address
will not be shown, nor will the graphic,
sound, and text fields.

Call Back

initiates call to the sender of the

multimedia message.

Save Message

saves the multimedia

message to the Saved folder on the phone.

Save Image

saves the currently

viewed picture embedded in the
multimedia message.

Save Sound

saves the current sound

embedded in the multimedia message.
