6-18 Troubleshooting
Optional Document Processor
Follow the steps below to clear paper jams in the optional document
processor.

Remove the original from the original tray.

Open the document processor top cover.

Remove the jammed original.

Lift up the paper feed unit A.
5
Remove the jammed original.
If the original tears, remove every loose scrap from inside the
machine.

Remove the original by turning the dial as shown.
7
Put the paper feed unit A back in place and close the document
processor top cover.
8
Reload the originals on the document processor tray.
