CLEANING/CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Fabric: Use a clean cloth to dab lightly with soap and water. DO NOT rub.
DO NOT immerse in water. DO NOT use detergent.
If a problem occurs while using this product, please contact us. DO NOT open unit or attempt to repair on your own. It may result in
serious injury from electric shock and void your product warranty.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
Q: Why isn’t there sound coming from any of my speakers?
A: Ensure your BoomChair® is connected as described in the Assembly Instructions. Check that the power to the unit is on and the
volume is turned up. Make sure your audio device is not set to “MUTE” and volume is turned up.
Q: Why isn’t there sound coming from one of my speakers?
A: Ensure the audio cord to the BoomChair® is securely connected as described in the Connecting sections. Make sure that both the
left and right channel audio inputs and outputs are securely connected to the BoomChair® and audio device. Make sure your audio
device is not set to “MUTE” and volume is turned up.
Q: Why don’t I feel any vibration?
A: Make sure the vibration control is switched on. The vibration is sensitive to volume and bass because it interacts with the music
or game. Adjust the sensitivity of the vibration or volume according to your desired settings. Make sure your audio device is not set to
“MUTE” and volume is turned up.
