64,000 bps, reflecting the line rate
detected by the unit.

User data (DTE) port – Current
data rate of the port (DS1
operating rate minus FDL).

Facility Data Link – When FDL is
enabled, the data rate is 4 Kbps.
When FDL is disabled, the data
rate is zero.
