To start recording, tap the Start soft key.
“*R*” displays on the status bar while the phone records.

To access the top-level soft keys (for example, Hold, End Call, Transfer,

and Conference), tap the Back soft key. To access the Stop and Pause soft

keys again, tap the Record soft key.

To stop recording, do one of the following:
Tap the Stop soft key. Then, tap the Back soft key to access the

top-level soft keys.

or
To end the call, tap the Back soft key, and then tap the

End Call soft key.

or
To end the call, hang up.

Recording Conferences

You can record conference calls in the same way as other calls with the

following exceptions:

All conference call participants are recorded. If one of the conference

participants presses

, that participant is not recorded.

When a conference call is placed on hold, recording is paused. You can

place or answer other calls, which will be recorded in the same file. When

the conference call is resumed, recording of the conference resumes.
