If you remove the USB device during recording, recording stops and the

following message displays:
“USB device removed unsafely. Recording cancelled.”

If you attach an unsupported USB device, the following message displays

(along with information about the unsupported product):
“Unsupported USB device attached.”

Polycom recommends that you do not remove the USB device while recording. The
file being recorded will be incomplete and cannot be played back later. There is a
small probability that the USB device itself may be damaged by this action.

Note

If you connect the USB device to your phone and the message “Unsupported USB
device attached” displays, see your system administrator about the USB devices
your phone supports.
