Dinners (300, 450 g) removing covers. Do not use frozen foods
packaged in foil trays.
14. Pasta 2, 4, 6, 8 oz Place pasta with hot tap water in a microwave-
(56, 110, 170, 225 g) safe casserole dish. Cover with lid or vented
plastic wrap.
15. Fish Fillets 4, 8, 12, 16 oz. Arrange in a single layer. Cover with lid or
