Switch the handset On/Off
Press and hold e key for 3 seconds to switch off the handset in idle mode.
Short press e key to switch on the handset.
Keypad lock/unlock
Press and hold * key for 2 seconds to lock/unlock the keypad in idle mode.
Paging
1. Press p key on the base station. All the registered handsets start to ring.
2. Once retrieved, press any key on the handset to end the paging.
Listen to messages recorded on the answering machine (for SE745 only)
Your answering machine is activated by default. If you have new messages, the message counter on your
base station will blink with the indication of the number of new messages received.
Press
P
on the base station to play phone messages (the first recorded message will be played first).
Press
P
again to stop message playback.
Press
R
to skip the current message and play the next message.
Press
l
to go back to the previous message (if pressed within 1 second of current message playback).
Press
l
to replay current message (if pressed after 1 second of current message playback).
Press
V
to adjust speaker volume during message playback.
Press
x
to delete the current message during message playback. Long press
x
in idle mode to
delete all messages (except unread messages).

Problem Solution
• There’s no dialling tone! • Check the connections
• Charge the batteries
• Use the line cable provided in the box
• Caller cannot hear me
clearly!
• Move closer to the base station
• Move the base station at least one metre away from any
electrical appliances
• SEARCHING... is displayed
on handset and icon is
blinking!
• Move closer to the base station
• Make sure that your base station is correctly plugged
• Reset your unit and restart handset registration
• Caller’s number is not
displayed!
• Check your subscription with your network operator
