distorted. • Is the printer located close to any devices that may be
emitting electric waves or magnetic waves?
Ÿ Make sure the printer is not set close to any game
devices, stereo speakers or large format monitors,
etc.

The remote control
does not work. • Are there any obstacles between the printer and the
remote control?
Ÿ Remove any obstacles that may be in the way.
• Are you pointing the remote control at the remote control
receiver on the printer?
Ÿ Make sure that you are aiming the remote control at
the printer’s remote control receiver.
• Is the battery used up?
Ÿ Replace the battery with new one.

[Settings] ĺ [Printers]) and then double-click the icon
for this printer. Then select [Printer] ĺ [Cancel All
Documents] (or [Purge Print Documents]).
