3. Enter a batch name.
If the screen shows a blank:

Enter a 1-8 character name and press
E
.

only to let the printer name the batch.

If the screen shows a batch name:
•
Press E only to copy the batch. Copying a batch
lets you change the data you need to change, instead
of re-entering all of it. See "Copying a Batch."

Press
U
to display a blank line, and enter a new batch
name. Press
E
to create a new batch.
•
If AUTO# is shown, press
E
for automatic batch
naming of additional batches.
4. You’ll see the first data entry prompt. Enter data for each
prompt and press
E
.
You must enter data for each prompt before you can go to
the next prompt.
5. After the data entry prompts, you may also see one or
more o the following prompts. These prompts define the
supply for printing.
