Taking Pictures

Adjusts for natural coloring in your picture, according to the lighting.

Press the MENU button in Capture mode.

The [A Rec. Mode] menu will be displayed.

Select [White Balance] on the [A Rec. Mode] menu.

Press the four-way controller (5).

The White Balance selection screen is
displayed.

Press the four-way controller (23)
to change the setting.

Press the OK button twice.

The camera is ready to take the picture.

Auto

The camera makes the adjustment automatically.

Daylight

For taking pictures outside in sunlight.

Shade

For taking pictures outside in the shade.

Tungsten Light

For taking pictures under standard light bulbs or other
tungsten light.

Light

For taking pictures under fluorescent light.

Manual

For taking pictures by manually adjusting the white
