for the landline.
L Confirm the telephone line cord is properly
connected (page 17).

Disconnect the unit from the telephone line
and connect a known working telephone. If
the working telephone operates properly,
contact Panasonic service personnel to have
the unit repaired. If the working telephone
does not operate properly, contact your
landline service provider.
The indicator on the top right of
the handset flashes slowly. L New messages have been received. Listen to
the new messages (page 58).
