If the recording paper becomes jammed in the machine, the display will show an Information Code 001 or
007.
NOTE 1. The Recording Paper Jam message display is reset only by opening and closing of the Printer
Cover.
Clearing a Recording Paper Jam
To clear the jam, Info. Code 001
1 (1) Remove the Paper Tray Cover.
(2) Remove the jammed or wrinkled paper.
To clear the jam, Info. Code 007
1 (1) Open the ADF Door and Printer Cover.
(2) Remove the Drum Unit/Toner Cartridge
Assembly and Document Return Tray.
(3) Remove the jammed paper.
