Getting to know your Navman

We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the Navman's basic operations.

Component

Description

Battery Indicator

Indicates the level of battery charge:

ƒ

Green

- battery full

ƒ

Orange

- battery charging.

Turns the Navman on or off. For more information, see” How do I turn my Navman off?” on page 10.

Connection socket for GPS MMCX External Antenna (not included).
To access the socket, gently lift the rubber cover.

Connection socket for the following:

ƒ Cradle
ƒ

USB cable to connect to your computer

ƒ

In-vehicle charger to charge from a vehicle power socket

ƒ

Mains power charger to charge from an indoor power socket

Note: The mains power charger may be purchased separately.

Slot for memory card. The memory card must be inserted with the label facing the front of your
Navman. For more information, see “How do I insert a Memory Card?” on page 85.

Note: Memory cards may be sold separately.

Speaker

For voice commands and warnings. Use the Volume preference screen to increase or decrease the
volume.
