• Leave it at a local civic waste collection point.
Traditional recipe for waffle mixture
• 300 g plain flour • 2 eggs • 1 packet baking powder (about 1 level tbsp) • 1/2 litre
milk • 100 g melted butter • 75 g caster sugar
Beat the eggs. Gradually beat in the milk, then the flour, sugar, baking powder and
cooled melted butter. Beat well.
Leave to stand for 1 hour before use.
