At this time, the JRE plug-in is available only for the Windows 32-bit
operating system. So MPC and VKC should be launched only from a
32-bit browser since plug-ins will only work in a 32-bit browser. Installing
a 32-bit JRE will install the 32-bit JRE plug-in.
