Field

Description

SSID

The SSID (Service Set IDentifier) is the name of the wireless network.
The default SSID is

V54

, but you should change your SSID to that

given by your Metro ISP provider. The SSID can consist of up to 32
characters.

Preferred BSSID

The preferred BSSID allows you to select the specific Metro node to
which you want to associate. For example, an SSID of Ruckus has two
nodes, with each node having a unique BSSID

Wireless mode

The wireless mode options are:

2.4GHz 54Mbps (802.11g&b) - allows both 802.11g- and
802.11b-compliant devices to join the network. This is the
default setting.
