Take the power cord out of the vacuum cleaner casing and

connect it into the mains supply outlet.

Pay attention to yellow mark on the cord, when you take it out, the mark show that the

end of the cord is near. Red mark indicated the end of the supplying cord.

Start up the vacuum cleaner pressing ON/OFF button at the vacuum cleaner and adjust

proper suction power with electronic regulation knob or with the knob on hose handle.

SUCTION POWER ADJUSTMENT

The vacuum cleaner is equipped with electronic power adjustment, which enables fluent power regulation (at the beginning

bigger “step” of the knob is something normal). Moving the knob according to marks on the appliance shall cause increase or

reduction of suction power.

The vacuum cleaner is also equipped with mechanical suction adjustment on hose handle. To reduce or increase suction

power it is enough to move the knob in direction indicated by the arrow.

VACUUMING

Select adequate brush or nozzle:
We recommend you to use brush-nozzle with sucking pipe and switch it for carpet cleaning

Hard surface – wooden, floor, laminates, ceramic tiles, etc.

Gaps, corners, cavities, etc.

Gap nozzle is used for vacuuming: gaps, corners, spaces and other recesses with difficult ac-

cess.
Gentle fabrics and rough objects

Small nozzle is good for vacuuming small gentle areas. Remove small brush for vacuuming.

We recommend reducing suction power during such activity.
Small hard areas

Small brush his good for vacuuming small, hard areas – which are impossible to reach with brush -nozzle.

Small brush makes a set with small nozzle. You have to insert it on small nozzle.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

The vacuum cleaner is intended for domestic usage only.

Connect the vacuum cleaner to 220-240V mains supply, equipped with fuse 16A.

Do not unplug by pulling on cord.

Do not use the appliance, when the casing or the cord is visibly damaged.


If the power cord is damaged, it shall be exchanged by special service desk staff, due to avoid hazard.

The appliance should be repaired by trained staff only. Improper repair can result in serious hazard for a user. In case of defects we recommend

you to contact qualified ZELMER service desk.

Do not run the vacuum cleaner or brushes over the cord; it can result in cord insulation damage.

Unplug before cleaning and maintenance.

Do not use without the filters or in case damage of the bag.

Do not use this vacuum cleaner to clean people or animals; be especially careful to keep the nozzles away from ears and eyes.

Do not pick up: matches, cigarettes, hot ash.

Avoid picking up sharp objects. Do not vacuum wet objects; do not pick up water or other liquids.

Control sucking hose, pipes and nozzles – remove the rubbish accumulated inside.

Do not pick up fine dust such as: flour, cement, gypsum, toners for printers and copy machines, etc.

The vacuum cleaner is intended for indoor usage and dry surfaces cleaning only.

Dry the wet cleaned carpets before vacuuming.

It is forbidden to cover ventilation outlets during operation.

Heated air without any outlet can cause motor overheating which can result in motor damage; it can also cause plastic parts deformation.


Switch off the appliance before changing the accessories.

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning, assembling or dismantling.

The vacuum cleaner is II class appliance and it meets the requirements of effective standards.

The appliance meets the requirements of the following directives:

Electro- Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) – 2004/108/EC,

Noise generated by the appliance: 78 dB/A.

The product is marked with CE symbol on the name plate.

Voltage – 220-240V/50Hz. Power – 1400W.

You can find the vacuum cleaner technical data on the name plate.

PREPARATION FOR OPERATION

Insert the hose into the vacuum cleaner inlet. Press the button at the hose ending.

Connect later ending (handle) with telescope sucking pipe.

Adjust the telescope sucking pipe length in desired working position (depending on user’s

height) move the knob in direction indicated by the arrows.

Assemble selected accessory to telescope pipe.
