Displays the top menu.

Use the arrow pad to select scenes, playback pictures, and select items on the menus.

This button is used to confirm your selection.

Display a picture to be printed out in playback mode, connect the camera to a printer
and press O

Press the X

& in shooting mode to select the macro mode. Press i for setting.

Press the N

Y in shooting mode to select on and off of the self-timer. Press i for

setting.

• The self-timer lamp lights for approximately 10 seconds, blinks for approximately 2

seconds, and then the picture is taken.

• To cancel the self-timer, press N

Y.

• Self-timer shooting is automatically canceled after one shot.

OFF Macro mode off

Turns off the macro mode.

Macro mode

This mode lets you shoot from as close as 20 cm/8.0 in. (when
the zoom is set for the zoom-out angle) and as close as 50 cm/
20.0 in. (when the zoom is set for the zoom-in angle) to your
subject.

% Super macro mode This mode lets you shoot from as close as 5 cm/2.0 in. from your

subject. Zoom position is automatically set and cannot be
changed.

After the setting, press the shutter button fully.

OFF Self-timer off

Cancel the self-timer.
