Paper Problems
Paper jams are frequent.
The printer is not level.
► Place the printer on a stable, level surface.
Paper is too thin.
► Use correct type of paper.
The paper is moist or affected by static.
► Store paper within specified temperature and humidity levels.
The paper is creased or wrinkled.
► Remove the creased/wrinkled paper from the feed tray.
Paper is not aligned correctly.
► Adjust tray print guides and rear stopper or Multi-Purpose feed guides.
More than one sheet feeds at a time.
