For assistance and general information: Dial “0” from the air or
dial 1-800-AIRFONE (247-3663) from the ground.

To end a call press “End Call” or place the handset on-hook. Verizon

munications possible. Prompt assistance and support for your
MagnaStar digital airborne telephone is just a phone call away.

Customer Care hours are Monday through Friday,

7:00 am to 8:00 pm CST.

B. Service and Technical Inquiries

For specific MagnaStar system technical questions: Contact any
MagnaStar Dealer or call toll free MagnaStar Engineering Support at
1-888-246-STAR (7827) during the hours of 6:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
After hours, please listen carefully to the following voice prompts.
Make your selections and leave your message. Your call will be
returned promptly.
