In the Duplex Area

Open the rear output tray.

Remove the jammed paper.

Close the rear output cover.

Open and close the top cover. Printing can be resumed.

Pull the paper tray out of the printer.

Pull down the metal plate inside of the printer.
C AUTION : Use the lever on the left when pulling the plate
otherwise injury may occur.
