Setting the Unit No.
When using the BU268 or the BU266 for dedicated expansion units,
set the Unit No. before operating. The setting is carried out by a rotary switch
in the upper part of the expansion connector on the left hand side of the rack.

Expansion Cables
These are used for connecting the basic unit and the expansion units.
They are available in the following four lengths.

1. Switches will be set at 0 at the factory.
2. Be careful not to duplicate Unit Nos. on units.
3. Do not use setting 4 - 9, as these are not for use.
The maximum cable length between units is 1.5m.
The maximum total cable length is 4.5m.
