Setting call waiting
When you are in another call, the call waiting feature
will notify you of an incoming call.
To set call waiting:
1. From the Home screen, select Start > Settings
> Phone > Call Waiting.
2. Check or uncheck the Provide call waiting
notifications box, using the Action key.
3. Select Done.
Configuring Caller ID
Configuring Caller ID allows selected callers to view
your name and phone number information on their
phone when you call them.
To configure Caller ID:
1. From the Home screen, select Start > Settings
> Phone > Caller ID.
2. Choose the callers, and select Done.
Configuring channels
1. From the Home screen, select Start > Settings
> Phone > Channels.
2. Choose the options you want, and select Done.
Setting fixed dialling
You can restrict your Toshiba phone to dial only the
phone number(s) or area code(s) that you specify in
a Fixed Dialling list.
To set fixed dialling:
1. From the Home screen, select Start > Settings
> Phone > Fixed Dialling > Enable fixed
dialling > Done.
2. Select Menu > Edit Numbers > Menu > Add.
3. Enter the phone number or area code to restrict,
in the Number pattern field.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add more numbers.
Select Done when you are finished.
5. Enter PIN2 and select Done.
Selecting a mode
1. From the Home screen, select Start > Settings
> Phone > Mode Selection.
2. Choose one of the following:
Automatic - selects network mode
automatically.
HSDPA - selects 3G network mode.
GSM - selects 2G/2.5G network mode.
3. Select Done.
