1. Turn on the Power
Press the [ ] key.
After flashes for four seconds on the display,

the “STABILIZED” symbol.
2. Place the baby’s covering (towel, etc.) on the
Baby Basket
An arrow (t) will appear next to “STABILIZED” and
the weight will be displayed.
3. Press the [ ] Key
will be displayed and t will appear next to
“NET”.
4. Place the Baby into the Baby Basket
An arrow (t) will appear next to “STABILIZED” and
the weight of the baby will be displayed.
5. Measurement is Completed
Remove the baby from the Baby Basket.

6. Subsequent Measurements

baby into the Baby Basket.

• Tare weighing is possible only within the maximum tare weight. (4kg)
• When using the tare weighing function, the measurement range is reduced by the tare weight.
[Measurement Range] = [Maximum Capacity] - [Tare Weight]
This equipment has an automatic power off function that automatically turns off the power in order to reduce battery
consumption.
If the equipment is not operated or the display does not change for ten minutes, the power will turn off antomatically.

• When using the AC Adapter
Ensure the AC Adapter cable is properly connected with the Display
Unit. Ensure that the AC Adapter is correctly inserted in the mains
socket.
• When using cell batteries
The batteries may have run out. confirm that the equipment is working
by using the AC Adapter or new batteries.
• It is possible that the maximum weight capacity has been exceeded.
• Do not place a baby or objects into the Baby Basket before starting
measurement. Start measurement after checking there is nothing in the
Baby Basket.
Measurement is not correct. • Check that all the adjustable feet are still resting on a flat surface after the
level has been adjusted.
Measurement does not stabilize.
Display turns on and off. • Measurement may be impossible in the case of excessive vibration. Use
the equipment in another location.
