SERVICE HINTS

When Gas Pressure Is Too Low

• pilot will not stay lit

• burners will have delayed ignition

• heater will not produce specified heat

When Gas Quality Is Bad

• pilot will not stay lit

• burners will produce flames and soot

• heater will backfire when lit

You may feel your gas pressure is too low or
gas quality is bad. If so, contact your local
natural gas supplier.

MANUAL SHUTOFF VALVE -
GA5010

For all models. Manual shutoff valve with 1/8"
NPT tap. Fits 1/2" NPT pipe.

FIREPLACE HOOD

Black - GA6050
Brass - GA6052
Antique Brass - GA6053

For all models. Helps deflect heat away
from mantel or wall above fireplace. Fits
openings 28" to 48" wide.

DAMPER CLAMP - GA6080

(Not Shown)

Permanently opens chimney flue damper
for vented operation. Can be used only with
non-thermostat models.

LAVA ROCK - GA6060

(Not Shown)

For all models. Order when additional rock
