INFLATING

1. Connect the inflator/deflator to either the battery pack or the DC power adapter.

2. Be sure the appropriate nozzle head is attached to the tapered inflating port of the

inflator/deflator unit. Push the nozzle onto the inflation port to attach. The inflat-

ing port can be identified by location. It is on the side of the unit.

3. Position the nozzle against the valve of the inflatable item. Turn on the unit, and

inflate the item to desired firmness. After inflation, move the nozzle away from the

valve and turn the switch OFF.

8.1

DEFLATING

1. Pull off the nozzle from the inflating port of the unit and reinstall it at the

deflating port of the inflator/deflator (on the top of the unit). Press the

nozzle to attach.

2. Power the Inflator with either the battery pack or the DC adapter.

3. Position the nozzle against the valve of the inflated item. Turn on the

unit and deflate the item.

LANTERN LIGHT

The lantern light is actually three lights in one. The spotlight provides a bright focused

light; a bright, long lasting fluorescent lamp provides general area lighting, and a 3

light LED flashes on and off for emergencies.

The main quartz-halogen spotlight is controlled on and off by a latching trigger switch

on the handle. The lantern light is powered by either the 12 volt battery pack or the

12 volt DC power adapter.

A 12 volt DC accessory outlet is located on the side of the unit. This permits cell phone

recharging or operation of other 12 volt DC appliances. If the battery pack is installed

(3 amp hour, 12 volt battery or 36 watt hours), appliance wattage should be limited

to prevent rapid battery rundown.

NOTE:

If the inflatable item’s air valve is equipped with a safety flap, it maybe

necessary to hold the flap open with a pencil or similarly shaped object

to deflate the item.
