The following chart explains the interface components located on the back of

Verizon One:

FUNCTION

Connects standard telephony equipment to the

Verizon One

Base Unit.

Note: For convenience, this jack has a built-in microfilter for filtering ADSL
signals from standard telephone equipment.

Connects the

Verizon One

Base Unit to an ADSL equipped telephone jack for

DSL/Internet services.

Resets the Communications Subsystem settings to factory default settings.

Connects the Ethernet device(s) to the PC.

Note:

When using the WAN/E1

port, Ethernet LAN connection is limited to E2, E3, and E4. The WAN/E1
feature is used when installing

Verizon One

without DSL. The default setting

is DSL on WAN/E1 off.

12V DC Power Adapter provides the power source for

Verizon One.

Controls power on/off of the Base Unit.
