Troubleshooting

Problem

Solution

No sound output

• Make sure the CDG-6000RV is set to the correct input.

• Make sure the volume is turned up.

• Make sure everything is connected firmly and properly.

• Make sure there are no defective cables.

• Make sure all of your components are turned on.

• Make sure the EFFECT LOOP BARS are in place.

There is music but no microphone vocals.

• Make sure the microphone is turned on.

• Make sure the microphone cable is not disconnected or

damaged.

• Make sure the microphone master volume or individual

microphone volume controls are turned up to the proper

level.

The remote control is not working.

• The CDG-6000RV power is not on.

• Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly and not out

of power.

• Make sure there is nothing blocking the view between the

remote control and the remote sensor on the front of the

CDG-6000RV.

The recording level is too low.

• Make sure that the recording level knob is at an acceptable

position for your recording.
