Overview
The following tips will help solve problems that might be encountered while using the MiFi 2200
Device:
• Make sure you are using the MiFi 2200 Device in the correct geographic region.
• Ensure that the wireless network’s coverage extends to your current locations.
• If you are using the MiFi Device in Wi-Fi Mode, power it off and then on again.
When properly installed, the MiFi 2200 Device is a highly reliable product. Most problems are caused
by one of these issues:
• System resources required by the MiFi 2200 Device are being used by other devices.
(Rebooting your computer will often clear this up.)
• Network coverage is not available (either because you are outside the coverage area of your
network operator or because of an account or network problem).
